We are hiring a Commercial Construction Project Manager in DFW to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, have a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with various project stakeholders. This role requires proficiency in construction management software and a solid foundation in contract management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients on identifying project scope and objectives.
• Utilize construction management software such as Pro Core for project tracking and documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, handle issues, and verify compliance with safety standards.
• Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating terms as necessary.
• Implement best practices in construction management to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with K-12, Municipal, Healthcare, Data Center, Restaurant, and/or Commercial projects.
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience, with a solid understanding of construction cost control, scheduling, estimating, and project management principles
