We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support our project teams in delivering high-quality construction projects safely, on time, and within budget. • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and managing daily project activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents; support the preparation of RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor project progress, track budgets, and help update project reports and documentation.
• Support procurement activities including material orders and vendor follow-ups.
• Conduct site visits to verify work progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Help ensure project deadlines, cost targets, and quality expectations are met.
• Foster strong communication between office and field teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of relevant construction or project coordination experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and project controls.
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.) a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
