Energy Analyst; Target Markets

Description

• Understanding of market fundamentals and current events that impact the energy industry
• Review and evaluate historical consumption and pricing data
• Submit pricing requests to suppliers and work with supplier partners to obtain and assess quotes for clients
• Support team members in closing business
• Process executed contracts and conduct billing audits

• Create, review, and finalize pricing proposal deliverables for sales advisors
• Compile energy budgets and savings analyses by utilizing pre-existing tools and templates
• Forecast client costs and/or consumption as a result of changes in market conditions or usage patterns
• Interact with existing clients as needed

• 2-3 years business analytical skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Meticulous attention to detail and is confident and comfortable working with numbers.
• Team player, possess a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn on the job.
• Highly motivated, confident, independent, yet team-oriented person is expected.
• Logical and adaptable thinker
