Location:Dallas, TX (with travel to San Antonio, Houston, Austin, Denver, Tampa/Orlando as needed)

Job Description:Join our team as the Sr. Director of Business Development, a key role in our succession planning with potential to advance to VP within five years.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies.
- Identify new opportunities and trends.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Lead proposal development and review underwriting.
- Collaborate with internal departments for client satisfaction.
- Mentor the business development team.
- Track KPIs and report to executive leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events.
- Proven business development and deal execution experience within the real estate management industry.
- Strong networking and cold-calling skills.
- Familiarity with Hub Spot, CoStar, and Yardi Matrix.
- Willingness to travel.
- Path to VP role within five years.
