, we take pride in producing high-quality mechanical power transmission components, material handling systems, and custom forgings. We’re seeking a reliable Payroll Clerk to support our payroll operations and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Payroll Processing:
Assist with the preparation, processing, and verification of payroll information for hourly and salaried employees in compliance with company policies. - Data Entry:
Maintain accurate payroll records by entering employee information, deductions, and tax data. - Payroll Reconciliation:
Assist with reconciling payroll reports, deductions, benefits, and tax with holdings. - Employee Support:
Respond to employee payroll inquiries regarding pay, deductions, benefits, and time reporting. - Record Maintenance:
Maintain payroll files and documentation in accordance with retention and confidentiality requirements. - Reporting Assistance:
Generate routine payroll reports for management, accounting, and HR as needed.
- Payroll Knowledge:
Understanding of payroll processes, deductions, and tax with holdings. - Attention to Detail:
Strong accuracy নাগ डी reviewing and entering payroll data. - Basic Accounting
Skills:
Familiarity with accounting principles related to payroll and general ledger entries. - Regulatory Awareness:
Knowledge of payroll‑related laws and regulations, including FLSA and tax requirements. - Organizational

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain organized records. - Problem‑Solving Ability:
Capable of identifying discrepancies and working to resolve payroll issues efficiently. - Confidentiality:

Clear verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with employees and internal teams.
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
