Pay Range:
Non‑exempt pay wage assigned for each region

• Coach and lead day‑to‑day operational and financial excellence, providing leadership to peers and making decisions that support operational excellence and embody Customer 4 Life Service (C4LS).
• Manage the cook line to deliver the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Learn and complete operational support functions (e.g., purchasing, receiving, accounting processes, inventory) to ensure high financial performance.
• Coach and lead shift opening and closing procedures to keep facilities and equipment in optimal condition.
• Perform daily tasks such as Jolt list, PECs, and other management‑assigned duties.

• Minimum of one year supervising a team at Zalat or elsewhere.
• Completed two weeks of Line Coach training at a Certified Training Location, signed off by CTR and verified by the Director of Training or Training Coordinator.
• Completed all assigned Opus Courses.
• Hold a valid Food Manager Safety Certification.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage and adhere to schedules.
• Successful completion of a mandatory background check.
• Must interview with Area Leader (AL).
