The Product Manager – BI / SF is responsible for overseeing rig build operations across the US and Canada.

• Drive continuous improvement within overall rig design and build strategy.
• Implement precise cost control metrics and hold the organization accountable to purchased content cost goals.
• Oversee the Rig Factory, working to direct appropriate personnel, financial P&L reporting and key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with department leads in Marketing, Spray Foam Branch Leaders and others to embrace feedback on the design and performance of Spray Foam Rigs.
• Construct the operation to be scalable – by both increasing capacity at existing locations and opening new locations.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or similar discipline preferred.
• Experience managing manufacturing assembly operations spanning multiple geographic locations.
• Proficiency in design concepts focused on cost reduction, manufacturing efficiency and end customer serviceability.
• Demonstrated capability to work with and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage through influence and institute organizational change.
• Comprehensive understanding of systems, processes and data‑driven decision making when it comes to purchasing, inventory and manufacturing processes.

Hybrid (Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ)

• High level of walking, standing, and/or climbing.
• Stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Work outside/inside around machinery with moving parts.
• Exposure to all seasons of weather, as well as slippery and uneven surfaces.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 45lbs.
