Our client, an elite national firm, is seeking a Department Operations Manager to support multiple legal departments across a variety of industries.

This role provides a unique opportunity to oversee the daily business and operational functions that enable the delivery of exceptional legal services, ensuring departments operate efficiently.

You will work with department and industry leadership to streamline workflows, manage reporting on performance and strategic initiatives, support onboarding and offboarding, maintain operational metrics and dashboards, coordinate meetings and retreats, liaise with other professional staff, and contribute to project management and cross‑functional initiatives across multiple teams.

Experience in business, financial, or operational analysis, consulting, or similar roles, with a strong interest in building a career as a non‑lawyer professional in the legal industry.
