What You’ll Do Lead & Develop a High‑Performing Sales Team
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales team members
  • Set clear expectations and coach your team to success
  • Run energetic team meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance check‑ins
  • Build a positive, competitive, goal‑driven branch culture
Drive Branch Sales & Growth
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Arlington market
  • Identify new business opportunities through market trends and client needs
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to keep the team on track
  • Partner closely with operations and recruiting to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Strengthen client relationships and expand our footprint in the DFW business community
What You Bring
  • 3–5+ years of sales leadership experience (staffing industry preferred)
  • Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and energize a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar)
  • Data‑driven mindset and strong problem‑solving abilities
Preferred
  • Staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Existing relationships within the Arlington/DFW market
Compensation

$35,000 – $75,000 per year

(Compensation based on experience and performance)
