This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex for a Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator will manage and develop programs, oversee project planning and execution, and maintain clear communication with team members. Key responsibilities include ensuring program objectives are met, providing excellent customer service, managing timelines and resources for project success, and supporting the implementation of community‑focused initiatives.

- Proficient with Apple/Mac computers and Microsoft/Mac Office Suites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, or related field preferred, not required
- 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
- $55,000–$65,000/year, depending on experience
