Maintenance Supervisor – 3rd Shift - Automotive Supplier

Our Arlington, TX facility needs a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead a diverse team and keep our operations running at full capacity. • Strategic Thinker: You’re skilled at effectively analyzing data and trends to plan, forecast, and advise.
• Collaborative Partner: You build cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas and drive improvement.
• Analytical Problem Solver: You don’t just "fix"; you dig deep to find root causes, evaluate optimal solutions, and make meaningful recommendations.

• Lead and supervise Mechanics
  , MRO, and Janitors on shifts.
• Manage fleet vehicles and long-term car rentals as needed.
• Oversee on-site contractors and conduct nightly security checks.
• Conduct skilled trade testing and prioritize work order requests.
• Supervise employees in completing maintenance and electrical repairs safely and efficiently.
• Drive world-class preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
• Ensure employee compliance with Lockout Tagout (LOT) for safety.

• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of quality procedures and a strong attention to detail.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, ideally automotive.
• Excellent judgment, decision-making, and communication skills

• Problem-solving skills, particularly in analytics and hydraulics.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands under pressure.
