McAndrew Motors is seeking a qualified and motivated Automotive Technician to join our service team. This position requires a professional who is detail‑oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering the highest standard of service to our customers.

• Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on customer vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and company standards.
• Accurately document work performed and maintain compliance with safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair status and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

• Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience; ASE certification preferred.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with proficiency in modern repair tools and equipment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivated with a drive to succeed.
• Basic computer skills.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a huge plus!
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm;
Saturday 8am-12pm.
