What You Will Be Doing
As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing high-impact administrative support to senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itinerary creation and ticketing.
- Prepare and reconcile travel expense reports in compliance with policy.
- Develop and format presentations, briefing materials, and reports.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and manage logistics for executive sessions.
- Perform additional coordination activities and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Basic Qualifications- Advanced computer skills (Strong typing and PowerPoint presentation skills).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player that works well with executives and employees at all levels.
- Strong coordination skills.
- Working experience as an administrative assistant.
- Experience with reimbursements and expense reports.
- Plan and coordinate meeting activities and luncheons.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and managing Outlook calendars.
- Arrange domestic and international travel.
- Coordinate and maintain conference room meetings and schedules.
- Schedule, set up, and run various teleconferences and Teams meetings.
- Timely completion of weekly reports, training, and out‑of‑office reports.
- Manage SharePoint sites and shared drives.
- Performs additional special assignments as required in support of staff needs.
- Provide guidance and support to other administrative assistants as needed.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full‑time – The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
