Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish/English)
Location:
Arlington, TX
Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift
We are seeking a reliable Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team in Arlington. This role supports daily office operations and assists with communication, including translating between Spanish and English when needed.
Responsibilities- Answer phones and assist customers and staff
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and reports
- Translate conversations and documents between Spanish and English as needed
- Communicate with employees, supervisors, and customers
- Maintain organized records and assist with office coordination
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional and dependable
