Accounting Manager

Senior Manager - Recruiting @ Spectrum Search Group - Finance & Accounting

We’re partnering with a growing, well-established organization to identify an Accounting Manager to join a collaborative accounting team of approximately 10–15 professionals. This role offers strong visibility, leadership responsibility, and a flexible hybrid schedule (just one day per week in the office).

• Own the revenue side of the P&L and lead the month‑end close and financial reporting process
• Manage and develop the Accounts Receivable team, overseeing the end‑to‑end AR and billing process
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, revenue, and gross margin to identify trends and opportunities
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, audits, and applicable tax filings
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support the business, drive process improvements, and deliver ad‑hoc reporting

• Supervisory experience
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong background in revenue accounting and financial reporting
