Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Centrally located multi-entity hospitality firm seeking candidates for an individual contributor role as a Senior Accountant. Selected candidate will manage a portfolio of 50 entities, performing full cycle accounting in Quickbooks. Must have a Bachelor's Degree with experience of 2 years in a role in general ledger and month end accounting, including performing bank and account reconciliations, posting journal entries, preparing financials, and speaking with site owners/managers/ownership on monthly variances.

This is an in office position.

• Manage a portfolio of 50 entities, performing full cycle accounting in Quickbooks.
• Conduct general ledger and month-end accounting, including bank and account reconciliations.
• Post journal entries, prepare financial statements, and discuss monthly variances with site owners/managers/ownership.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all accounting tasks in an in‑office setting.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in general ledger and month‑end accounting.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks and related accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
