Accounting Manager — Lead Close & Finance Partner

A leading homebuilding company is seeking an Accounting Manager in Arlington, TX, to oversee accounting processes and improve efficiency. The role includes significant responsibilities such as analyzing financial operations, training divisions in systems and policies, and managing accounting close processes. The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor's degree in accounting, substantial experience, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities.
