Accounting Manager, Fort Worth (130K-135K+ Bonus) Responsibilities
- Prepare & review journal entries, account reconciliations and audit schedules for the key corporate accounts in partnership with the GL team
- Manage all required financial statements, including the preparation of the consolidated financial statements to U.S. GAAP, footnotes and discussion support schedules, audit, and ensuring the related technical disclosure checklists are reviewed for completeness & accuracy
- Prepare the monthly consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP reporting requirements
- Support the technical accounting analysis and help ensure the successful application / adoption of GAAP to transactions, projects and initiatives as assigned (including but not limited to: acquisitions/dispositions/IT implementations/continuous improvement projects/etc)
- Ensure system accounting infrastructure master data is kept updated accurately and in line with reporting requirements and controls
- Lead and develop assigned team members.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA required
- 4+ years of progressive work experience
- Public accounting preferred
- Franchise accounting experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Mid‑Senior level
