Base pay range

$53.45/hr - $53.45/hr

Responsibilities

Responsible for delivering the highest quality health care within The Little Clinic's scope of services while achieving optimum patient satisfaction. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: building relationships with patients, host store personnel and the health care community in order to enhance practice building and continuity of care. Qualifications

Minimum

  • Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor s Degree as a Physician Assistant (PAs in OH must have completed 500 hours of post-graduate physician-supervised experience)
  • 1 year of experience in healthcare
  • Active license and board certification (AANP or ANCC) and all necessary state credentials
  • Board certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C) or physician assistant (PA-C), where eligible
  • Valid driver s license
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent telephone, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired

  • Experience with applicable clinical procedures
  • Experience with electronic health record charting systems
  • Experience in retail health, emergency health or critical care
  • Leadership, coaching and influencing skills
  • Provide high quality medical care while meeting productivity metrics
  • Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings
  • Maintain safety and quality-based healthcare environment
  • Ensure clinic remains open for all scheduled hours
  • Collaborate with regional management to promote TLC in the community
  • Respond to customer experience surveys as directed
  • Manage clinic inventory and control costs
  • Perform quality control on instrumentation and CLIA waived testing
  • Use company information systems in compliance with HIPAA
  • Support mentor program as a resource
  • Keep clinical knowledge current through ongoing education
  • Provide coverage for clinics within the region as needed
  • Maintain cost effectiveness and profitability
  • Maintain community presence through nursing organizations and outreach
  • Present a neat appearance per dress code
  • Participate in other duties as assigned
  • If floating: travel to designated clinics
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
