Job Description
  • Individual therapy, group therapy, and family meetings utilizing evidence-based modalities
  • Carrying clinical cases in both residential and partial hospitalization levels of care
  • Clear and timely documentation
  • Coordinate care, including communicating with collaterals and after-care planning
  • Insurance management
  • Attend all required clinical meetings and supervisions
  • Opportunities to provide clinical supervision available
  • Opportunities to engage in clinical research available
Qualifications
  • Work independently under general direction of the Program Director
  • Have experience working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Have experience with OCD/anxiety and CBT/ERP treatment modalities
  • Be motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm for learning new techniques
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Possess the ability to make independent and effective decisions in a timely fashion

Job Description

Education: A PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology (or equivalent)

Experience: Prior clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families required. Experience with CBT/ERP and treating OCD/anxiety preferred.

Supervisory Responsibility: Post-doctoral fellows will provide clinical supervision to exposure coaches, trainees, and post-baccalaureate fellows.

Working Conditions: Work will be performed in a fast-paced clinical environment, requiring teamwork, collaboration, and flexibility.
