• Provide direct and indirect personal care to clients in home settings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and co‑workers to maintain professional relationships.
• Follow the personalized care service plan completed by the nurse or care manager.
• Assist clients with daily personal care activities as needed.
• Help keep the client’s environment clean and organized.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
• Apply Balanced Care training to incorporate holistic approaches that enhance seniors’ lives.

• Reliable transportation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Comfortable using a smartphone‑based app.

Salary: $40,646.00–$66,355.00
