Customer Service Driver

Flexible scheduling: we operate 7 days a week. Please note we require all employees to work one weekend day per week.

Full-time – 4 shifts per week (8‑12 hour shifts).

Immediate start dates & paid training.

Total average earnings: $25‑$27 an hour on average.

Performance bonus: profit share, meaning you make a percentage from the jobs you complete.

• DRIVING: You will be responsible for driving our Isuzu NPR 17‑20 ft 1‑800‑GOT‑JUNK? truck to customer locations.
• LIFTING & LOADING: remove unwanted items from the customer's property into our truck.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Provide the ultimate customer experience, always resulting in a smile.
• SALES & NEGOTIATION: Assess and quote customers on the removal of their unwanted items (in‑depth training provided) and pricing sheets the customer can view to easily understand our rate.
• RECYCLING & DONATION: We aim to be as environmentally responsible as possible, keeping items out of landfills by donating or recycling.
• TIME MANAGEMENT: Manage your day like running your own business.

• You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck insurance).
• Possess a valid driver’s license (No CDL required).
• Clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Records Check will be run on past 5 years).
• Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
• Previous sales and customer service experience will aid in your success with our team.
