Storm Damage Field Representative - Paid Training

Overview

Allstar Services is building a Storm Response Team to help homeowners recover after severe weather across the Midwest. We are hiring to visit neighborhoods impacted by recent storms and schedule free roof inspections for homeowners. If you’re competitive, outgoing, and motivated to earn strong weekly income, this role offers an opportunity to join a fast-moving team during peak storm season.

• Visit storm-affected neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
• Identify homes that may have storm-related roof damage
• Schedule free inspections with our roofing specialists
• Track appointments and daily activity
• Work alongside a team of storm canvassers and sales professionals
• Your role is setting inspection appointments — not selling the roof.

• Training Period (4–6 Weeks)
• $500 weekly training pay
• $75 per completed inspection appointment
• $100 per appointment when you set 10+ in a week
• Top performers frequently earn: $1,000–$2,000+ per week
• Appointments are paid in the same pay period they occur.

Storm teams travel to areas recently impacted by severe weather.

Typical schedule:

• 3 weeks working in storm markets
• 1 week off

Travel occurs across:

• Illinois
• Indiana
• Michigan
• Iowa
• Missouri
• Minnesota
• Ohio

Essentially anywhere in our geography that there is a storm, our goal is to go help homeowners.

Team members receive:

• $60 phone allowance
• $200 vehicle allowance
• $50 daily food per diem while traveling

Candidates willing to travel within ~100 miles of home are also welcome.

We provide a full training program including:

• Door-to-Door University
• Roofing and storm damage basics
• Accu Lynx CRM training
• Homeowner conversation training

No prior roofing experience required.
