Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Starbucks) (T1176) role s position involves supporting General Merchandise processes, fulfillment, inventory accuracy, price and sign maintenance, and guest service.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist guests with their needs.
• Assist guests in a welcoming manner to solve their specific needs and questions.
• Restock shelves, organize backroom, set up merchandise, and display promotional signage for GM areas; receive products as directed.
• Operate power equipment certified to move merchandise or store fixtures where applicable.
• Execute price changes, merchandise setup, maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by leadership.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources and products to resolve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services including back-up cashiering and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking, packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Flexible schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).

• Capable of climbing ladders and handling merchandise, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance;
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance;
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions depending on duties.
