Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Venue Manager for our golf simulator venue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, as well as overseeing the food and beverage service for our customers. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about golf, customer service, and leadership.

• Manage all aspects of the retail store, including sales, inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
• Oversee the food and beverage service, including menu development, ordering, and inventory management.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of employees to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.

• At least 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the sports or food and beverage industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
• Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Knowledge of golf equipment and apparel is a plus.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Salary Range: $55K-$60K
