Associate Veterinarian – Full‑Time

At Thrive you will have the support, tools, and resources to elevate your skills and join a thoughtful, teamwork‑focused environment.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree
• State Veterinary mainly chair in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to start date
• Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain DEA license

At Thrive Pet Healthcare – Arlington Heights we offer primary care services for cats and dogs in the Northern Chicago suburbs of Illinois, providing wellness & preventive care, surgery, vaccines, and diagnostic testing services.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL full‑time base salary range of $120k‑160k annually. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
