Hourly Pay Range
$43.69 - $67.72 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights- Position: RN House Operations Administrator
- Location:
Arlington Heights, IL - Full time and Per Diem Available
- Per Diem will be varied shifts of 3pm-11:30pm, 11pm-7:30am, 3pm-3:30am, 3am-3:30pm
- Full time will be 40 hours per week 7:00am
-3:30pm with rotating holidays. - Required Travel:

- Provide leadership and direction to staff during off-hours, ensuring the hospital's smooth operation. Coordinate patient care, staff assignments, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor patient care activities, patient admissions, and discharges to ensure quality care and safety. Collaborate with healthcare teams to address patient needs and concerns promptly.
- Lead the response to emergencies and codes, maintaining a calm and organized approach. Coordinate with appropriate personnel and resources as needed during critical situations.
- Serve as a resource for nursing and support staff, offering guidance and assistance as necessary. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols.
- Efficiently manage resources, including staffing, supplies, and equipment, during off‑hours. Collaborate with other departments to address resource needs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits during off‑hours. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance patient outcomes.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of incidents, reports, and other relevant information. Maintain proper records during off‑hours.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as hospital policies and procedures. Maintain a safe and compliant hospital environment.
- Facilitate effective communication with on‑call physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care needs.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current registration in the State of Illinois, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- ACLS certification or obtained within first 6 months of hir
- Minimum of 5 years of acute care experience preferred
- Minimum charge RN experience preferred
- ICU and ED experience preferred
- Previous nursing supervisor experience preferred
- Staffing knowledge preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond to rapid changes
