What You’ll DoAs a Transition Specialist, you will provide hands-on assistance to seniors and their families during relocation, downsizing, estate sales, and home clean-outs. No two days are the same, but your core responsibilities will include:
Client Support & Transition Assistance- Provide compassionate, world-class service to clients navigating significant life changes.
- Assist in downsizing, decluttering, and organizing belongings with care and sensitivity.
- Pack and unpack household items, helping to create a comfortable and functional new living space.
- Stage, sort, and label personal belongings for Keep, resale, donation, or disposal.
- Lift and move items (up to 25 lbs); larger items are handled by professional movers.
- Clean and prepare homes for sale or new residents.
- Travel locally to various client locations (Chicagoland area).

- Smartphone proficiency (for scheduling, timekeeping, and item documentation).
- Background check required prior to hiring.
