Assisted Living Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | PM and NOC Shift

Location: Arlington Heights, IL

Salary: $30.00–$39.00 per hour with $2 shift differential

Company: The Lutheran Home Hearthstone Assisted Living

Schedule

Full‑time.

Shifts:

3 pm–11 pm and 11 pm–7 am. The rotation alternates each weekend between PM and NOC shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and holistic care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and mental well‑being.
  • Conduct diligent assessments, monitor health status, and develop personalized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and their families, establishing trusting relationships.
  • Ensure residents receive timely medical attention and support to thrive.
Qualifications
  • Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nursing license.
  • At least one year of nursing experience.
  • Ability to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures.
  • Experience working with older adults is preferred.
