Our client is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate end‑of‑life care to patients in their homes throughout the Arlington Heights area. This role focuses on supporting patients and families with skilled clinical care, comfort, and guidance through the hospice process.

Conduct nursing assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, manage symptoms, and provide emotional support to patients and their families. The nurse will coordinate with the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure high‑quality, continuous care.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• At least one year of professional RN experience (Hospice experience preferred)
• Current BLS and CPR certification (support available if not current)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, generally 8 AM to 5 PM (start and end times may vary). Includes one 24‑hour weekend day shift per month, two weekday on‑call shifts per month (5 PM to 8 AM), and two holidays per year (one summer, one winter) with three floating holidays. Dedicated after‑hours RNs are available nightly. Additional stipends are provided for on‑call coverage.
