Area Manager - Northern IL

Clean Power, Wisconsin’s leading commercial cleaning contractor, has an opportunity for an experienced manager to oversee multiple accounts in the Northern ILand Surrounding Areas. Monday – Friday 2PM - 10PM (Requires Flexibility)

$68,500 + Company Car + Fuel Card + Bonus Potential

• East-Downtown Chicago and Winnetka
• West
  - Freeport IL
• North – Spring Grove IL

• Oversight of the daily maintenance of assigned facility
• Direct supervision of the cleaning staff
• Initial and ongoing training of staff
• Ordering supplies
• Managing labor and supply budgets
• Conducting quality control inspections
• Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts

• Min 2 years of management experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Janitorial or other service related background
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
