Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and develop business applications.
- Gather requirements, analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.
- Customize existing systems, analyze and evaluate business procedures.
- Configure systems, prepare flow charts and diagrams outlining system capabilities and processes.
- Perform functional design, internal QA, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
- Maintain system documentation, conduct technical research on upgrades.
- Use object-oriented programming languages, client-server applications, ERP systems, multimedia, and internet technologies.
- Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems.
- Assist staff and users with computer-related problems.
