Seeking a dynamic Human Resources Professional to lead all HR functions for a manufacturing business and partner closely with the executive team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can build scalable structure, modernize systems, and support rapid change while strategically partnering with leadership to grow the business.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced HR leader who has worked in private equity or turnaround environments and wants to continue operating in a fast-paced growth setting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead all aspects of HR including employee relations, labor relations, benefits, payroll, and policy development.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align organizational design, compensation, workforce/succession planning, and training and development programs with business goals.
  • Build and improve HR systems, reporting, and metrics to support growth, compliance, and data-driven decisions.
  • Support organic growth initiatives and acquisition integration.
  • Maintain productive union relationships, negotiate and manage the CBA, and support a safe, engaged workforce through periods of change.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required. Advanced degree or HR certification strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience including success in a PE-backed or rapid growth environment in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Proven ability to build HR infrastructure and processes in lean, fast-moving organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with union labor relations and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems, automation, and workforce analytics.
  • Practical leadership style with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $130,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience. Bonus eligible.
  • Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and holidays.
