Job description

Comfort Keepers is seeking Caregivers who are interested in elevating a senior’s quality of life and delivering the best possible in home care; making a positive difference in the daily life of our clients in Arlington Heights and surrounding areas.

Starting Pay $17.00/hr

Caregiver Job Responsibilities:

• Communicating with office and family
• Bathing, showering, toileting
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Dressing & grooming
• Light housekeeping, laundry, organizing incoming mail
• Grocery shopping, running errands
• Transferring and providing transportation to doctor, beauty salon, etc

Caregiver Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• High school diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation
• Drivers license and auto insurance (Preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of general safety and sanitary practices
• Able to bend, squat, kneel, stand and lift up to 25lbs
