The Clearbrook‑Gonvick School District is seeking a full‑time K–12 School Counselor beginning with the 2026–2027 school year. Applicants must hold or be eligible to obtain a Minnesota School Counselor license.
The successful candidate will support a school‑wide counseling program focused on academic planning, college and career readiness, and guidance counseling, while also providing social‑emotional and mental health support. Preferred qualifications include experience working with K‑12 students, implementation of social‑emotional learning, and collaboration with staff and families to support student success across all grade levels.
This is a salary position with an anticipated salary range of $48,251–$80,916 dependent on previous education and years of experience. Benefits include:
