This is a full‑time, on‑site position for an Interior Designer at our Arlington Heights, IL, location. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients to create aesthetically pleasing and functional living spaces, aligned with each individual's style and needs. Core responsibilities include developing design concepts, space planning, selecting furniture and finishes (FF&E), preparing construction drawings, and presenting design solutions to clients. The role involves blending creativity with technical expertise to deliver exceptional results while ensuring high‑quality customer service.

• Proficiency in Interior Design and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection
• Solid understanding of Space Planning and architectural principles
• Ability to create and interpret Construction Drawings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for client‑focused design solutions
• Proficiency with design software and tools is preferred
• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is highly recommended
• Relevant experience in residential or commercial interior design is a plus
