Join our team to assist with the execution of offline presence programs that bring our brand to life on the ground. This role manages field deployments, inventory, and partner coordination while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution in close collaboration with Marketing and Operations teams.
What you’ll do:- Own the end-to-end execution of offline presence programs, with focus on Lalabag distribution and vehicle sticker deployment.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily field operations across hubs and partner locations.
- Manage inventory of offline materials, including forecasting, tracking, reconciliation, and replenishment.
- Coordinate with driver hubs, fleet partners, installers, and agencies to ensure timely and quality installations.
- Conduct on-ground audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with brand and operational standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on deployment progress, coverage, and inventory movement.
- Identify operational gaps and continuously improve processes and standard operating procedures.
- Support offline campaigns, driver activations, and special projects in coordination with Marketing and Operations teams.
- Serve as the point person for offline presence-related concerns and escalations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented operator who can manage both field execution and backend tracking.
- Someone comfortable working on-ground and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Self-starter with strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
- Team player who can work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Driver Engagement, and external partners.
- Candidate who can turn field data into clear insights and recommendations.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in field operations, brand activation, or asset/inventory management.
- Experience working with suppliers, installers, agencies, or field teams is a strong advantage.
- Strong coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Sheets/Excel and Slides/PowerPoint).
- Willingness to do field work and occasional travel within the Philippines.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
