Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule of:
(7:30AM to 5:30PM) ~ (Monday-Friday) ~ willingness and ability to work other shifts and weekends
Responsibilities:
- Monitor staffing reports weekly and communicate with recruiting and operations to ensure fleet counts are adjusted as needs change
- Adding equipment for new hires
- Monitoring for reduction of staff, or idle equipment
- Work with fleet managers and directors on new business that will require unique equipment types (i.e., liftgates, pups, higher HP)
- Work with shops and linehaul on daily swaps for routing equipment to shops or vendors
- Work with fleet managers and directors on new equipment plans and fleet positioning
- Monitor loaner pools to ensure counts are updated as fleet counts change
- Ensure tractors and trailers are at their assigned domicile
- Review Transman against Intra4 to ensure types and info are matching (loaners, active/inactive)
- Monitor yard check process to ensure accurate TQS information and follow up on equipment location discrepancies
- Monitor OTHER equipment status in TQS to ensure timely resolution
