What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Design and create engineering specifications for software applications and programs
Write code adhering to coding standards and perform code reviews
Participate in all aspects of the application integration build process, including idea generation and technical design
Assist in sprint planning and complete required sprints in software development
Monitor work against production schedules and provide regular progress updates

What is Required (Qualifications):

Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual/access requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in design and analysis of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns for scalable systems
Minimum of 3 years of experience in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, ACE, IIB/ITX, Informatica preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of understanding of web services technologies such as REST, HTTPS, and JSON

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

3+ years of experience with Workday Skills, including Workday Orchestration for Integrations and Workday Studio
Knowledge of XSLT for transforming data within Workday Studio
Experience with API management and strong analytical problem‑solving skills
Familiarity with Informatica Power Center and Dell Boomi for data integration
Experience with DB2 and Groovy scripting
