Flippin, Arkansas | Full-Time

Join NATCO in our pursuit to bring fiber optic broadband to some of the most remote areas of north-central Arkansas. We are a locally owned company expanding high-speed fiber broadband to rural communities.

• Visit residential and small business customers within assigned territories
• Promote NATCO’s internet and phone service
• Educate customers on service options, pricing, and promotions
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Complete sales orders and required documentation accurately and on time
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team events
• Maintain current knowledge of products, promotions, and service availability
• Represent NATCO with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service

• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework a plus)
• Sales experience preferred (door-to-door, retail, or telecom a plus)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking or standing for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
