Role Description
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to act as a high-impact partner to our field sales organization. This role isn't just about data entry—it’s about driving pipeline activity, maintaining consistent prospect follow-ups, and identifying new outreach opportunities. You will serve as the bridge between lead generation and closed revenue, supporting 2–3 dedicated field representatives and our PMO Project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Partnership: Serve as a dedicated partner to 2–3 field reps and the PMO team; manage pre-call prep, quotes, and follow-ups.
- Pipeline Development: Execute 50–75 targeted outbound touchpoints per week (Email/Linked In) to qualify new business.
- Sales Operations: Maintain real-time CRM updates, assist with proposal preparation, and ensure a < 4-hour internal response time.
- Market Intelligence: Research industry events and networking opportunities to expand R&R’s market presence.

Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in outbound sales support or lead qualification.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales intelligence tools (e.g., Zoom Info).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills for cold outreach and internal collaboration.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage high-volume data and meet strict 24-hour follow-up targets.
