- Develop and implement territory business plans and key performance metrics

- Utilize advanced selling skills to adapt messaging based on customer needs and market conditions
- Coordinate with customer-facing teams to enhance the overall customer experience
- Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree required, or an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to develop and execute territory business plans
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience in Rare Disease and/or Specialty Cardiovascular sales
- Previous product launch experience
- Hospital sales experience
- Experience working with large academic centers and hospital systems
