Role DescriptionWe are looking for someone who is organized, friendly, and eager to support both our customers and internal sales operations. The role involves coordinating sales efforts and supporting marketing initiatives to promote company products and services. This is a full-time, hybrid role at our Sheridan, AR location. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
Responsibilities- Assist with preparation of quotes, proposals, and customer correspondence
- Enter and maintain customer information, sales orders, and follow-up notes in our CRM and ERP systems
- Track open quotes and help the sales team follow up with prospects
- Coordinate meetings, product demos, and customer check-ins
- Support customer onboarding and training scheduling
- Prepare simple sales reports and activity summaries for management
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and helpful manner
- Attend and coordinate logistics for industry events such as trade shows and conferences, including registration, travel, and materials
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Always maintains a professional appearance
- Perform office support duties such as submitting invoices, ordering supplies, creating contracts, monitoring supply budgets, updating databases to ensure data accuracy, and maintaining project files
- Contribute to a productive work environment through timely and reliable attendance
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and learning new systems (experience with CRM or ERP software is a plus)
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred
- Availability for some travel, extended working hours, or weekends
- Must have reliable means of transportation
- Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and qualifications
