• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively

• Existing network or connections within agricultural markets
• Experience in rural markets, industrial sales, or relationship‑based industries
• Comfort with technology platforms and CRM systems
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic, persistence, and resilience
• Genuine passion for agricultural markets and rural communities
