Job Overview

Eyecon | RxSafe is seeking a dedicated sales professional to join our team as a Salesperson. You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing new business in the pharmacy and healthcare space.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle: manage opportunities from initial outreach through qualification, product demonstration, negotiation, and final close.
  • Make high volumes of outbound calls daily to decision‑makers in pharmacies and healthcare organizations.
  • Execute outbound calls, emails, and social engagement to identify prospects and uncover business needs.
  • Lead remote product demonstrations and represent Eyecon | RxSafe at trade shows to showcase our value.
  • Build and maintain a steady stream of qualified opportunities using CRM tools and sales best practices.
  • Develop proposals, manage follow‑ups, and confidently handle objections to convert opportunities into new customers.
  • Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and product teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless customer experienceli>
  • Track all activity and performance metrics in the CRM to forecast revenue and stay accountable to goals.
  • Identify trends, share customer feedback, and help refine targeting and positioning strategies over time.
  • Take feedback, sharpen your skills, and continuously improve your pitch.
Qualifications
  • Self‑starter who can excel working remotely.
  • Experience managing and closing full‑cycle sales, ideally in a B2B or healthcare environment.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and articulate complex product solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage quickly and confidently.
  • Resilience, persistence, and a commitment to follow‑through.
  • High personal integrity and professionalism.
  • Competitive, goal‑oriented drive to exceed expectations.
  • Team player who is collaborative, supportive, and committed to shared success.
  • Preferably bilingual in Spanish.
  • Coachability and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar) is preferred.>
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Travel to 3–4 trade shows per year.

Pay Range: $56,000 – $84,000 per year.
