The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while driving individual and team sales performance. This role combines expert product knowledge with a consultative selling approach to exceed customer expectations and build long-term relationships. The Sales Associate actively engages with clients in a welcoming environment, leverages clienteling tools and technology to expand business opportunities, and promotes loyalty programs to enhance customer value.
In addition, this role supports operational excellence by maintaining visual standards, ensuring compliance, and adapting to the evolving needs of the business
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting and approaching customers

- Recommend merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences
- Is knowledgeable and educate self and others on merchandise
- Demonstrate follow-up on customer requests and commitments
- Create a welcoming environment through teamwork
- Utilize mobile devices to communicate with customers and expand business
- Effectively use available clientele tools to increase personal business
- Frequently advise customers of the benefits of the InCircle program
- Work to develop long term customer relationships
- Help maintain visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor
- Ensure audit compliance
- Demonstrate flexibility to the changing needs of the business
- Motivated and results driven
- Strong attention to detail
- Commission sales experience
- Previous retail experience
- Standing, bending, lifting, climbing stairs
- Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
