Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
