Cashier/Sales Associate - Midday and Overnights

Join GPM Investments, LLC as a Cashier/Sales Associate during midday and overnight shifts. This role goes beyond operating the register; it includes keeping the store clean, welcoming, and compliant while engaging customers in a friendly environment.

• Greet every customer with a smile and run the register accurately and efficiently.
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales ensuring age verification and legal compliance.
• Offer friendly service and upsell customers to increase sales.
• Keep the inside and outside of the store clean and safe, including:
• Deep cleaning of high-use restrooms.
• Wiping down and sanitizing gas pumps (nozzles, screens, water buckets).
• Picking up litter and trash from the floor and lot area.
• Taking out the trash to the dumpster in all kinds of weather.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh and full.
• Maintain a clean and organized store—sweep, mop, clean windows, and maintain entryways.
• Cross‑train in other departments, including deli, as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and step in to help wherever needed.

• Pay Rate $11.00/hr.
• Age Requirement:
  Must be 18 years of age or older for certain states (AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO); 21 years of age or older for all other states.
• Availability:
  Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Willingness:
  Worked hard, stay on feet most of the shift, comfortable indoors and outdoors in all weather.

  Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Math Proficiency:
  Basic math skills required (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
• Physical Ability:
  Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

• Personable and Positive:
  Friendly demeanor, making people feel welcome.
