As a Wireless Retail Store Team Leader
, you will be in charge of a State‑of‑the‑Art APEX Communications AT&T Authorized Retailer store. You will manage all aspects of running your assigned location and develop each person on your team. We seek strong leaders with a successful track record of leading, coaching, and inspiring staff to success.

• Provide consistent, top‑notch sales training using the 5 Step Sales Process.
• Mentor and train team members to sales success through observation, coaching, and counseling.
• Exhibit strong leadership, motivational, and analytical skills; lead by example and set a high level of personal and professional conduct.
• Supervise store employees; actively hire and hold associates accountable.
• Deliver superior customer service and meet company goals and expectations.
• Handle escalated customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
• Align with company and branch office core values and expectations.
• Coordinate and schedule community events.
• Proactively develop personal leadership behaviors by seeking additional training and development.
• Maintain good employer/employee communication.
• Reconciling daily sales reports.
• Schedule store employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Company Leadership.

• A minimum of one year of retail sales and management experience.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and analytical skills; lead by example.
• Encourage a positive team environment.
• Proven organizational leadership skills.
• Able to prioritize multiple projects.
• Direct experience working in an environment that has continuous change.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of a two‑year Associate’s degree.
• Able to work nights and weekends, with a flexible schedule.

• Strong base‑pay with uncapped commissions on every sale.
• Team Leader monthly bonus based on store performance.
