Quality Control Officer

Are you a detail-oriented quality professional with a passion for food safety? Fareast Imperial Brands Nigeria Limited is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Officer to join our team at the Pepsi Co Snack Plant.

You will be the guardian of our product integrity, ensuring every snack that leaves our facility meets the highest standards of safety and quality.

• Implement and enforce comprehensive quality control procedures
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure GMP and food safety compliance
• Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
• Analyze test results and production data to identify trends and deviations
• Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports for management
• Train production staff on quality procedures and food safety practices
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses (HACCP)
• Support supplier quality evaluation and monitoring

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field
• 1-3 years experience in quality control or food safety within food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, and GFSI standards
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and risk assessment
• Proficiency in laboratory testing and data analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
